After not being able to be served in Cleona I went to Palmyra this morning. The teller seemed incompetent at actually doing her job. Wow. Between the two branches this morning I am seriously considering moving all our accounts and savings away from Fulton. They have gone significantly downhill in the last few yearsm
The tellers there are extremely rude. Will 100% be taking my business elsewhere
Don’t expect anything fast to happen, mobile deposit wasn’t working so I came in and stood for 30 minutes waiting with two tellers ignoring the line and only one person up front working the counter. No greeted anyone and zero eye contact. If interested in banking highly recommend PNC or Chase as a bank as they at least acknowledge their customers even if there’s a wait.
The line was long but each staff member was diligently working to assist each customer - Cameron F. jumped in to assist customers and reduce the line - he was very polite and even offered information about the Fulton Visa Card.
