The line was long but each staff member was diligently working to assist each customer - Cameron F. jumped in to assist customers and reduce the line - he was very polite and even offered information about the Fulton Visa Card.
Came into this location a few weeks ago to get some change. The male teller was super nice and cheerful. Came back in here for the same reason and did not have the same experience. 3 women were at teller windows and were talking to each other or looking down. I was the only one in there so I it stood there. After a few minutes, a teller finally acknowledged me. I told her what I needed and she pulled her cash drawer out. Been a Fulton Business customer for over 10 years now and my experience is just getting worse and worse. This bank is no longer the customer-focused community bank they used to be. Very sad. Customer service doesn't seem to matter at all anymore. Their website has broken links, outdated contact info and cryptic error messaging.
