Not going together into specifics, but when something happens when it's not your own fault due to a customers check bouncing, you won't take care of your own. I will be sharing this horrible cuatomer service . The excuse that was given was even more agitating. Ya reap what ya sow. Time to pull money out and advise others as well.
I live in a state without a fulton bank. I have POA over someone with an account here. We always seem to deal with this blond lady, and after many calls and 3 in person visits, she still has it ALL wrong. They have closed my person's account multiple times. I can only assume this was to get me off of it, because my person put my name on the account when we spoke to the lady. We have our HSA account here and needed a card for myself as only my husband has one. We stopped in with our one year old daughter as this needs to be done in person with both parties present. We waited around a little as the woman at the front didn’t really understand what we needed. We were then taken back to a friendly man who helped us. The process took 30 minutes which seemed a bit long to get a second card- and he spelled my name wrong (had my license in front of him) and had to do the process over. I had a problem with my card, it wasn't working due to a series of transactions whichh appeared fraudulent. They were legit, it was me. But the timing, the amounts, they did look unusual. I was immediately able to correct the matter on the app, but I realized none of my other banks would have caught that. Thank you Fulton for your overzealousness in protecting my money. Don't I waste your time with Fulton, they don't wanna help you "it's our policy" when my members first bank does the same exact thing I was asking for, just use members first you won't be upset, I will be cancelling all accounts with Fulton
