Long story short. They were aware of a circumstance that occured 4 months ago, and when I went in to get answers , they merely kicked the can down the road. The man that helped me took my number and promised me a phone call the following day with answers which he didn't follow up with.
First time visiting this location excellent customer service employees are very professional and helpful especially Melissa!! 🙂
