Wonderful customer service.
Extremely rude drive through window person. 5/14/25 gray short haired lady. It was like I was bothering her to make a deposit. I run 10s of thousands of dollars through my account every month to get treated like I'm an inconvenience. She needs an attitude adjustment...not "is there anything else I can help you with," nothing...just here you go and the screen goes blank.
Terrible customer service.. it’s not their own personal money your clerks are handing out.. Missy was terrible and made me feel like I was intruding on her day by cashing a check.
I went there with my parents to open an account and deposit some money , I told them what I need it , the bank did not had one person waiting was not bady and they told me I needed an appointment to see some one there I went to another Fulton bank I called first he was the nicest person they took me right away , I felt very uncomfortable from the other bank every body was looking at us like not human I thought the bank has not one why they couldn’t see us I’m with my 88 year parent with me it was not pleasant !
