Terrible customer service.. it’s not their own personal money your clerks are handing out.. Missy was terrible and made me feel like I was intruding on her day by cashing a check.
I went there with my parents to open an account and deposit some money , I told them what I need it , the bank did not had one person waiting was not bady and they told me I needed an appointment to see some one there I went to another Fulton bank I called first he was the nicest person they took me right away , I felt very uncomfortable from the other bank every body was looking at us like not human I thought the bank has not one why they couldn’t see us I’m with my 88 year parent with me it was not pleasant !
