Long term business customer but disappointed with the decline in service over the last few years. Branches are disappearing, cannot access inside lobby areas even after covid restrictions have been lifted, leave messages with no return calls and when calling the customer service line, incorrect information was given with a sad lack of sensitivity given the subject matter. Slowly closing out my accounts but very sad to see a local bank decline as much as fulton has over the last 5-7 years.
Since the new building was open the drive thru has terrible customer service
Go to a credit union you’ll be more happier than going here.
I used fulton bank for a secondary savings account. Great app n website. There was also a welcome bonus for making 10 debit card transactions. I checked their rates a few times. They had a sale on certificates of deposits.
