Called and asked a few questions about possibly opening up a new account, Katherine was SUPER helpful and very friendly over the phone. She explained everything in full detail. Such a nice lady she was, totally made my day. Fulton is super lucky to have such a nice lady like her representing their business!
Working with them to close out an estate was misery. Working with their credit card company is highway robbery. This is the most miserable company and I wish I could say good things. There used to be kind people at the local bank, but it seems they are also gone, which is a shame.
Called to print 1 sheet of 3 checks and said they will help me with that when I arrive. Drove here and they don’t print checks. Then charged me 11$ for a cashier checks for each. Total 33 for 3 cashier checks. Not happy with Fulton.....
