Teller was nice and knowledgeable and they had good service.
Manager Cristal Cardenas was not helpful and very dismissive, even spelled my business name incorrect on documents! She never returned my calls so I took my business account elsewhere. I will be sure to warn my other business friends to stay away from this location as long as she is there.
Jennifer Roberts is THE BEST loan officer! As first time home buyers, it is very intimidating. Jennifer was amazing and really spent the time to get to know us and educate us on everything about the home buying process. She really made this milestone smooth and stress free for us. If you are in need of a physician loan or any mortgage loan, Jennifer is your girl!

This is the Second time that I wasn’t able to cash my check because they are closing the bank before 5:00pm the deposit box was close at 4:54 I tried going inside and the doors were already locked. Normal closing hours are at 5:00pm why am i not able to get assistance?
