Because we’ve moved several times in the last ten years, we have some experience with lenders as well as with FHA loans. This has been a nightmare from start to finish. We were approved for the loan at the end of March. We hoped to be closed and in the house by the end of April. Our old house sold in 24 hours and the closing was within a week.
