Knowing that working with a good CPA is a two way street, and that a friend had a long relationship with Fulserv Group, I tried to keep my side of the street clean in order to forge a good working relationship with this firm. However, working with Michael Breslin has not caused me a small amount of stress and aggravation. We tried to fire this client in February 2017 for her pattern of complaining and not wanting to pay. She was difficult each year to work with and really not our ideal client for reasons known to her, and her loved ones. However, she convinced us she wanted to stay and out of respect for her friend, one of our best clients, we let her stay on. She provided messy papers and her largest income was provided in some type of format that could only be ready by a computer. Never like to make clients wait, but we always get things do... read more
