My daughter and I go to the spa as often as we can. The staff who do the treatment ie massage are absolutely amazing, every session has been fantastic. Shauna and the rest of the staff are always polite kind and give a great customer service in meeting our needs. We like to thank you.

The Spa was alright, too crowded. Went for a facial but it was done CARELESSLY , the lady doing the facial was just rubbing products into my eyes, ended up with red burning eyes, had to go back immediately as the burning wasnt going away and they had to put drops in my eyes. Will never go back again for a facial, you get what you pay for.

We recently purchased a Groupon voucher for a group of three and tried multiple times to book an appointment. Unfortunately, no one would answer our calls for days. When someone finally did respond, we were told there were no available slots for months. However, when we inquired about the same service as a regular (non-Groupon) booking, we were told there were available slots.
