Trash of service! I called to get information on a request I sent to their office 3 weeks ago whenever anyone answers the phone they’re condescending , screaming or raising their voice at you. You can’t get a word in, I just called and spoke to Rebecca asking for an update and I get the “Let me finish” scream. What kind of a service is that?
