I am dealing with Fullett Swanson regarding an HOA account, and the process has been very frustrating. The issue began after a management company transition where my mailing address was not transferred and I never received the original notices. Once I became aware, I immediately contacted the firm and offered to pay the HOA assessments in full. I’ve been in litigation with this SCAMMER for 2 1/2 years. Trying to evict me for an $3,000 outstanding balance that had been paid. He keeps ignoring evidence and proof of payments through statements I have provided. Doesn’t return calls, doesn’t return emails, and forgets to show up in court. But keeps getting continuance after continuance after continuance to increase his legal bill. Now he wants me to pay him $12,000 in attorney fees for collecting a debt that doesn’t exist. Trash of service! I called to get information on a request I sent to their office 3 weeks ago whenever anyone answers the phone they’re condescending , screaming or raising their voice at you. You can’t get a word in, I just called and spoke to Rebecca asking for an update and I get the “Let me finish” scream. What kind of a service is that?
