My Mom was admitted to Fullerton Villa April of 2026. Jae, Adiana & Anai has been very helpful on keeping me informed on how she is doing and very responsive when I send a email for any questions on her day to day needs and medications. I visit Mom twice a week and all of the staff here are very friendly and helpful.
No matter what, don't send your parents here! My dad, who passed away in July was here for his last few months after being transferred from The Grove post acute in Garden Grove. He had difficulty with mobility due to PD. Every time we visited him, he said he hated being here because the staff was too rude. He was a quiet man and hardly ever complained, so this was unlike him, but we thought he needed time to adjust from The Grove because he liked there very well and this was a new place for him. My grandma is currently living at Fullerton Villa and everyday it gives me a peace of mind knowing that she is in good hands. The staff at the facility genuinely care about the elders and they are super friendly, professional and well aware of everything that happens 24/7. If you are looking for a home for your love ones, Fullerton Villa is the perfect place. The facility is super clean and well maintained. I am grateful to everyone here and I would recommend them 10/10 times.
