Jae and team really went above and beyond to help our family transition during a very difficult and emotional time. They really did everything possible to make our family member feel safe, cared for and at home. I highly recommend the staff or facility
My mom moved to Fullerton Villa and Jae, Francis, and their entire team have been so gracious and loving to my mom. Like many, she was resistant during the move, but Fullerton Villa staff's consistency and care really helped to make the transition better for my mom. The facility is well secured (gated) and monitored so I was able to rest easy knowing my mom was well taken care of. Highly recommend Fullerton Villa!
Place was weird smelt funny and mostly Korean seems way opposite of what they tell you most the patients here seem like they need help but no one's around inside it's there's light but seems gray in there
I was impressed by the care and welcoming environment they provide at Fullerton Villa. You can tell that the staff take the time to get to know each resident personally and make sure that their individual preferences are met. Every time I walk in, the staff greets me with a smile and are always willing to help. One of my family members is staying at this assisted living.
