Great prices for their closing sale, helpful staff. But...the guys they sent to install our washer and dryer had no clue what they were doing. They used tape instead of a clamp to secure the dryer exhaust. They stuck the drain hose 15" down the standpipe (5" of it were submerged). They looked at us like we were speaking a foreign language when we mentioned leveling. Now I have to disconnect everything and reinstall them myself. I wish we had just hired our own plumber to do it correctly in the first place like we had planned... read more
Terrible service, was hung up on by Diane when wrong configuration of couch was delivered and was told “it’s not my fault” by her. The two guys they sent to deliver were completely incompetent. Over all terrible experience with fuller Watson. Probably a good thing they are closing their doors.
