I had a terrible experience with Fullers Freight. Their movers carelessly knocked over and broke my TV due to their negligence while moving other furnitures out of my old house. Since January, they have ignored my emails and have made no effort to take responsibility for the damage. It appears they do not have insurance to cover their movers' mistakes, which is highly unprofessional for a moving company. I received excellent service from Fuller's from the moment I asked for a quote until the furniture and contents was delivered. Very friendly and helpful staff. They always replied quickly to any emails I sent them. The guys that picked up our belongings were friendly and polite and all our belongings arrived safe and in the same condition as when I packed them. Highly recommend Fuller's to anyone that is thinking of moving. I was very happy with their service.
