We had planned on using PODS, but after some logistical concerns our realtor recommended Fuller moving company. He said he had clients use them before. Kevin came out to give us an estimate, It was higher but we chose Fuller for the extras and accountably aspects. Movers pack larger stuff, pack the truck, take inventory, provide estimated delivery window, and communication with the driver. Moving day came, truck showed up on time and it seemed to be perfect! I am so disappointed in my awful moving experience. I have even waited to write this review in hopes that I would be more objective. I went with Fuller (even though they were several thousand more than the other estimates I received) because they were a family owned company and said they would be there every step of the way. Initially, they could not have been nicer. They answered our questions, accommodated our availability, and even provided wardrobe boxes. Kevin, Lyn and the team of movers were professional, timely and very, very friendly. So far, they've made this portion of the move a breeze for my family. We're relocating to the Southeast from California, and they were the only clear choice after I met with multiple moving companies.
