I stumbled on Fuller moving while searching for a moving company. I am a senior and disabled. From my 1st contact with Lyn on the phone to my contact with Barb, I felt respected, and understood. When moving day came, the 3 movers Chris, Serge, Cody were Awesome. Efficient, personable (without being overly chatty) and quick as well as making sure things were where I wanted them. We were very impressed with Fuller's professionalism and thoroughness for our recent move from Sacramento to several states away. The packing team was very diligent and took care of everything. When there was a miscommunication with the dispatcher about our pickup day, causing inconvenience, they immediately offered to make it up to us even though it was not strictly their fault. They took pride in and accountability for the job, and we appreciate it.
I was forced to make two moves within three days in early July. The first was scheduled well in advance, and Move Consultant Lyn S set my estimate appointment with Move Consultant Kevin M. Lyn made sure everything went smoothly. Blake and Doug arrived on time, and finished the move carefully. There was little time to prepare for the second move, but Cam L and Cody accomplished it quickly and with great care. I valued the professionalism of all their employees, and will call them for my next move.
