Had Been using them for several years and my impression was great people, great processing, great quality, you know you get your own deer unlike some processors, beautiful European mounts. However, had two incidents since then that made me not use them again. One was having paid for a deer when dropping it off, the person forgot to write PAID on the ticket and that’s their only method of knowing, so had to pay again to get our deer. Never use the horrid deer processor. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Tried to coordinate a deer pickup and all he did in the phone was complain that I haven’t picked it up yet when it’s only been there for 2 weeks. Apparently they think everyone lives right down the street from them. No sir I live 3 hours away. Do not give these people your business.
