I am sharing this review to warn other healthcare professionals, especially agency staff, about my experience at Southern Cross Care Fullarton. Upon arrival for my kitchen hand shift, I was surprised to learn that the facility was dealing with a major COVID-19 outbreak affecting more than 10-15 residents. At no stage was this information communicated to me beforehand.
