Absolutely terrible experience with Full Vision Optical & Repair. They advertise “deals” and prices that are completely misleading, then suddenly change everything once you’re there. It felt incredibly dishonest and honestly scam-like from start to finish. The staff were rude, dismissive, and acted irritated when questioned about the pricing THEY advertised.
Terrible experience don’t waste your time or money here unless you want to be going in circles back and forth with the dr not being present the receptionist doing the eye exams the owner saying he will call you back never does didn’t give me a quote on sunglasses. Also gave me wrong prescription had to go back maybe visited that place 5 times in total. Waste of time and money.
I must say never heard of this place before called and spoke to. I guess the owner or the guy in charge what a pleasure went to get glasses tried getting financed and didn’t qualify. They were so kind they finance the glasses for me in House. Customer service is amazing. Went in the morning. Picked up my glasses. The same day with a payment plan. I’m on my third pair of glasses, I have yet to be disappointed with the service here five stars all the way Dylan and his staff are awesome.
