Paid for my wife’s glasses. We were told she’d have them in 4 days. It’s been over 2 weeks now. Staff is not able to tell us when we will receive them because the new owner is on vacations and no one but him has access to the warehouse.
Absolutely terrible experience with Full Vision Optical & Repair. They advertise “deals” and prices that are completely misleading, then suddenly change everything once you’re there. It felt incredibly dishonest and honestly scam-like from start to finish. The staff were rude, dismissive, and acted irritated when questioned about the pricing THEY advertised.
Terrible experience don’t waste your time or money here unless you want to be going in circles back and forth with the dr not being present the receptionist doing the eye exams the owner saying he will call you back never does didn’t give me a quote on sunglasses. Also gave me wrong prescription had to go back maybe visited that place 5 times in total. Waste of time and money.
