I've tried multiple times to call and reach out through email to get in touch with them. All of the answering machines are full and won't allow you to leave a message. I even went to the business location to see if I could get any assistance without any luck. They are impossible to get in touch with. Zero stars for customer service. The product was good though.
I am following up on my review from April, 2024 on Trust Pilot. After 6 months of intermittent back and forth with the company (because they continue to be regularly unresponsive) I have no alternative but to post this highly negative review. I have a "Forever Plus LifeTime Warranty" but because the company no longer makes this product or has repair parts for my lightbox, I am out of luck.They did offer to give me a 20% discount on desk lamps but I cannot use those models.
