communication time is awful, I waited on email response from a gal named melissa and it would take days to get a response. I was told 7-10 days wait time. plus another week for image confirmation. it's been over a month. I was going to cancel my order because after a week it was "pending fulfillment" After my email, they responded, "Too late, already been shipped" A week later I got half of my order, a paper that reads, "MUST BE SHIPPED TODAY RUSH ORDER" My order HAD NOT been shipped, it still isn't here, they took MY money and I never received my order. will not order from them again. 5+ days and my order has not been picked or shipped. I understand whats going on with this Covid-19 stuff, but 5+ days for 4 shirts. Really.
Very disappointed in the quality. Top shoulder seams on both shoulders of rain suit jacket I bought were not sewn together at all.
I have been trying to place an order since Thursday. When the order process stalled I messaged them here. I eventually decided to order from my main supplier, a competitor to Full Source, when I got no response. My customer had her heart set on this item so I went back to try again today and the same thing happened, it has me put in payment info but the order never completes. The kicker? I ordered on Feb 13 and my order still shows a status of "Customizing". I emailed 4 days ago asking for an update on the status and that you cancel the order if it has not yet fulfilled. I received no reply this week. Today I called within the hours notified on the invoice, and the message says you're closed. How can I can update on the status and/or a refund?
have been waiting over 10 days for an order. I called only to be told the boot was discontinued. no courtesy email or call.
