Full Source generally messes up proofs, but if you are diligent you can catch mistakes. Orders ship loose and sloppy in a big box, but hey - they are cheaper than most competitors. Unfortunately, Full Source recently messed up an important order and - get this - refunded the cost of embroidery only (and that only begrudgingly.) My company was out a grand due to their clear mistake. I may yet take them to small claims over it. I will never use Full Source again, and hope that others are able to avoid a similar experience.
RecommendedI ordered a pair of safety glasses, online, on Friday night. The order was shipped out Monday and received today, Wednesday, by regular mail. Great service. Thank you 😊
We have always received great service
Today marks two weeks since I placed my order. The website shipping info listed 1-3 business days for processing and my items were only shipped after I emailed customer service a week later. Sixteen days order to received is unacceptable. Don’t bother.

I have ordered from this company twice and let me tell you they are amazing! They respond to emails right away. They ship right away and when I say right away I ordered yesterday and shirts arrived today. The quality and prices are great.
Company’s customer service sucks, poor communication and worst of all have no regards for small business owners. I would not recommend this company and by the looks 3 star rating is telling. Should have done my homework before I made my order.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! I came home from work to receive this shipment only to find that what I had ordered 2.5 months ago was not delivered in accuracy. I paid to get first names on the front of shirts and sweaters and not ONE ITEM has a first name. I am very angry because I have waited what seemed like an eternity to get these in the first place and to finally receive a product which I paid additionally for, not being accurate is extremely upsetting. Bad phone system they are not taking net 30 accounts so no local or county municipalities can order.....find a better supplier
