High integrity, professional, friendly - just wow. Lee is a nice person so even if you could leave your bike to be fixed, hanging out on the couch works well too. He's fast, efficient, and stunningly reasonable. He replaced a tube and patiently provided instructions on what to do next time. 30 minutes in and out.
I walked into the shop off the street to discuss road bike builds with Lee. Lee showed me what he could do, plus he gave his honest opinion of other new custom-build bike options that I was considering buying online. I didn't feel great about any of the options in my budget, and I hate to spend a ton of money without loving the outcome. Full Metal Cycles is absolutely fabulous and a vintage MTB museum as well. Lee is fantastic and highly skilled. Truly a joy to visit and has very very good inventory of cycling accessories.
