I’ve recently reinstated my membership and started attending the new barre class that was recently added to the schedule. Kaitlyn has made my transition back to the studio easy (but with a little ‘umph). She is an incredible instructor, making my early morning routine something I look forward to twice a week. Worked with Stephanie but mostly Andrea. Great at showing me alternate ways to complete daily tasks. Within a week my back spasms were gone and Andrea continued to work with me to strengthen my core. Highly recommended.
Ashleigh has been my OT since my return home from a lengthy hospitalization due to a brain aneurysm. She has been fabulous in assisting me with cognitive issues, administrative and executive functions as well as helping me tackle everyday tasks such as dressing, household cleaning, and personal care. Full Distance Physical Therapy is amazing!! I had to have physical therapy on a frozen shoulder and decided to go to Full Distance and what a great decision that was!! Chris and Andrea are two amazing therapists who make you feel comfortable, listen to you and are true professionals. Within just 8 sessions they had my frozen shoulder almost back to 100%. If you need physical therapy, definitely give Full Distance a chance, you won't regret your decision.
