The three-day-a-week ‘full body’ class is excellent! Elena Smith is the leader and helps us all to focus on upper and lower body with associated cardio in a rigorous but self- paced program. I am a satisfied repeat customer! This is an additional post as I am receiving physical therapy for my shoulder now. I am so happy with the results so far. Since beginning the therapy, my pain has been significantly reduced and my mobility has increased. All the therapist and staff are great! Full Distance is far superior to other physical therapy places where I have been treated. (I’ve been to four in the past seven years.) Full Distance was a lifesaver from the moment I called and spoke with Hannah to set up my appointments for OT to my actual care and healing process from Sarah Gutierrez. She took the time to teach me how to prevent a reoccurring injury, and in no time I was back to my day to day lifestyle. I highly recommend, and will definitely keep on my list for any future need (hopefully wont need it :) )
I've never experienced physical therapy at this level. The therapists are super knowledgeable and compassionate. You are treated with kindness and respect. And the treatment plan isn't merely about a single focus - they treat the whole you to ensure your well being.
I’m so glad I came to Full Distance for my PT needs. I’ve worked with every therapist there and everybody is so knowledgeable and kind. They actually care about their patients and take time to listen to your needs. I can’t say enough good things about Full Distance!!
