I started having issues with dizziness back in November of 2024, my friend and neighbor Dr. Jerry Price suggested I try PT at Full Distance to help with my problem. I started the PT a short time later while laying on my back because my dizziness increased severely from simple head movements. Their fitness trainer, Jason, is excellent at keeping you focused and challenged as you work out. They also offer great Yoga classes with Lisa and Debbie, spin cycle, and other beneficial fitness classes lead by Jason and Alina. Highly recommend Full Distance. These are REAL therapists who work with you for your special needs.
