I came to Full Distance about 3 1/2 years ago and didn't need a referral. I initially started coming for back pain, but they've helped me with other issues along the way. I've seen all the therapists, each with their own specialties and they even do pool therapy with me when needed.
I consider Full Distance to be a true blessing. My wife and I moved to SML from NH to be nearer my brother, but soon found that both our physical therapy and occupational therapy needs had accelerated with our age and a crippling condition advancing in my wife. Full Distance not only provided the PT and OT support we needed initially, but more importantly has adapted to meet our changing needs. I came to Full Distance after dealing with pain for years. Ainsley really listened to me and took the time to understand what was going on. She worked with me one-on-one, and after just a few sessions, I was able to keep up with the exercises at home. I’m so grateful to say I’m now pain-free!
