This is a great cycling shop in Ottawa. The crew that services bikes has kept my 35 year old Trek 800 on the road and running smoothly for years. They also do a great job servicing my winter bike and provide great tips on how to maintain it through the salt-laden winter. Every experience I have had with Full Cycle has been excellent. They keep a good inventory of niche bike parts that are challenging to find elsewhere, and not only that, their prices are often the best that I can find amongst local bike shops. When I order online, the order is shipped within a day. All around great, hope they stay this way!
Would not take a return on an UNOPENED item after only 10 days. Receipt states 60 day refund policy. I have spent many hundreds at Full Cycle. Not cool. It was not a special order. They just decided not to take it back. Shop one of the many bike shops in Ottawa with a better return policy.
They are great here! Knowledgeable, helpful, and easy going.
