We had a great experience with Will at Full Cycle. In Ottawa looking for a full face helmet and we found it. Found some matching goggles and gloves on sale. Zach was very happy, we splurged on a few other items and were very happy with our purchase and protection.
No judgement & extremely helpful.
Both locations have done me well, they also have services no other stores can handle eg refacing of brake mounts and can fix most niche bike problems
Friendly, Knowledgeable, Efficient. Super happy with the service and the sales.
