The massage therapist I had been using for quite a few months moved to this group. Even though it has meant going to another town (she had previously been right across the road) I have followed her. Beth is that good.
I had a good experience attending a sound healing workshop at this wellness center with my team. The owner is warm and truly lives the wellness lifestyle, which made the experience even more special. Mr. and Mrs. Brown, the performers, created such a peaceful and healing atmosphere. It was a beautiful reminder that *frequency is everything!* I’m grateful for this experience and highly recommend this center to anyone seeking a nurturing and calming environment which promotes what we all need... proactive selfcare!

Great to get a REAL couples massage for Valentine's Day. Both therapist were absolutely fabulous! Will definitely go back!
First time visiting and will definitely be back. I had a very zen and calm experience. I got a massage and used the infrared sauna. Mary Pat gave me an excellent service. Can’t wait for my next appointment.
