This was better than a therapy session. I felt welcomed and safe not judged at all. I was so comfortable that I kicked my shoes off. Recommend this for anybody who needs a little direction in their life, emotional relief, stress relief, or just overall connection with your body, mind and soul.

Ellie was an amazing guide. This was a life altering experience for me. I was unsure of how this would go or if it would even work for me, but I went in with clear intention of allowing and without expectation of the outcome. It ultimately exceeded anything I could have imagined. I'm still unpacking the emotions and clarity that has come from this, and the expanded opening to my guides. The session is only the beginning. I wholeheartedly suggest you give it a try. If you're drawn to this, it means you're ready for it.
