Do NOT waste your time. You hire them for nursing services and they arent transparent. The nurse wasnt even approved and fully licensed through dda wasted time and energy only for them to keep saying they were done the trainings and were not and from my understanding from the ccs they are still not compliant at least as if Jan 28,2026 over a month after hiring, from what the state employee/ccs said. Advanced rate training to be precise is what they're still not updated on as of the 28th just for clarity.

Very disappointing call with Chanel. She said there is a 4 hour minimum for services. Since I only need 2 to 2 1/2 hours because I’m basically just needing someone to help me get up for work, I asked her about whether the caregivers can still get paid for 4 hours even if I let them go. She said no, the agency will charge me the full 4 hours and keep the money and won’t pass it along to the caregiver. She started to get really defensive after that and abruptly hung up on me. Full circle home care is a professional company. The director and caregivers go beyond and above to meet the need of their patients. The director of this company is very pleasant, caring, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Full circle you guys are the best. keep serving the community with ethical values .
