I attended the Caringbah clinic today and from the moment I was greeted by Michelle , it was clear that she really is dedicated to helping people. I was nervous but to be honest it wasn’t what I thought I was comfortable through out the colon cleanse. The infra red sauna is so good . Michelle has everything you could need to feel comfortable with even shower facilities. I just finished up a 3 day juice cleanse at Full Circle Health which included all my nutrition, a colonic and sauna every day and a different treatment every day such as a massage, reflexology and body scrub and I feel absolutely amazing!! Such an incredible experience and Michelle and Andrew made me feel so relaxed and took care of all my needs while I was there.
