This was my first time coming to this facility, due to my recent surgery. It was very clean and inviting. I didn't even know that BC therapy was even a thing, lol. The staff was very welcoming and comforting. The receptionist/administrative assistant explained my benefits and the amount of sessions I was entitled to, as well as how to check in on my next visit. I felt so cared for
Diana was very knowledgeable with post surgery experiences. She gave me exercises to do before surgery and after that would help with healing and motion. Measurements were taken now that can be used as a reference after the surgery and the swelling that may occur. I look forward to going back once my surgeon feels I can.
