This company could not / would not get me a replacement battery for NCM M7 bike purchased from them just over 2 years ago (very bad service). They then passed me on to Leon Cycle where a battery could be ordered online - and they (Leon) promptly took the funds; never shipped the battery; and cut off internet, email and phone contact (thieves). Super helpful!
Just went to get tires filled and had crappy customer service. Didn't seem they wanted to be there or wanted anyone else there, like they woke up on the wrong side of the bed. When I bought my scooter a year ago, I was told I could come back anytime for air and they would do it for free. But when I went today, they said they were going to charge me on the next time for air and how I was wasting their time. Safe to say, I won't be going again.
