I have been on a weight loss journey my entire life. If I'm focused and determined to lose the weight I can usually do it.....until I hit old age. Working with Cindy has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and fitness. Cindy has the plan that works. Follow her amazing Daily Eating Guide and you cannot help but lose weight. It is so natural and strengthening. I have tried many other diets, but this plan is so practical and not hard to follow. Her training is the best. I am moving muscles that I did not even know existed. Without the over exertion but with intentional movements. Cindy works right along with you until you get it right. Glad I tried it and now I Love Full-Body Fitness!
