I have used them two times. Both times my wife and I found them to be excellent. They kept in touch and kept thing running smoothly. They even found an error the title company made that would have cost us money!!!
To find the best attorney ask people you know, ask your real estate agent, ask how many deals they handle per month, check out their website. Be sure to read their engagement letter and ask about any conflicts of interest. When that is all done I'm sure you'll find Fulginiti & Pessel is the best there is in the Princeton NJ area. I have used them several times and wouldn't go anywhere else!!!
I used Fulginiti and Pessel for my house buy, and I had a perfect experience. They were very professional and answered all my questions promptly. I would recommend this firm to anyone in the Princeton area.
They are horrible. The attorneys are always 'busy' and cannot take your calls ever. Would never refer any friends or family to them. Not enough office support to help you when time is of the essence. Ridiculous. I wouldn't be surprised if the company went under!
Would not recommend them at all. Handled two transactions for me - problems with both. They do not follow up or communicate. Their mistakes cost my family money and they refused to step up to the plate and reimburse us for those expenses we were supposed to be reimbursed for - but due to their errors we never received. Sloppy work reviewing surveys - they do not reply to your inquiries and will leave you hanging - not the kind of job an attorney should do.
