The Photobook I've printed is amazing!!!
After countless attempts to correct a photo book that was done by this company, no resolution, basically they say its my fault most of the pictures came back cropped and are useless. I argued their software took my pictures and automatically cropped them to fit the album, they say not their problem and that I should have previewed them before hand which i did, and they were fine.Should have stayed with Costco Photo Dept instead of trying something new

I had such an amazing experience with the customer service team at Fujifilm! I called in advance to let them know that my camera was printing out, blurry pictures since opened from the box. Ravneet provided very clear instructions as well as options they could potentially support with once I provide the camera for them to inspect.
