Booked in for half an hour over the phone explaining i would be there in exactly 10 minutes. Showed up at the agreed time and was told I could only have 20 minutes.

Went in for a massage on Saturday. They only had a half hour slot which was fine, wanted an hour but took what I could get. Massage wasn't oil massage (was done with a paper thin sheet on me). I asked if I could get a oil massage and they said they didn't have bed available. Apparently they could put a towel down and give me one on the bed I was on. Very average felt like I was being massaged by a student
The staff are friendly and professional. The service is consistently good (I’ve been here 3 times) The price is great, considering how good the massage is. Don’t waste your time trying different places. Ps. Yumi has magical hands, but all the staff are very talented!
