This place is a total waste of time. They don't update the stock on their website, so you come in looking for something 'in stock' and they don't have anything in stock. Why would I get you to order it in to collect mid-week when I can get it cheaper online from Amazon with next day delivery. I'd be happy to support a small business as well if you didn't try and upsell me the minute I walked in to a pair that is $50 cheaper. Hands down one of the best bike shop experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, Robbie was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited about bikes. I picked up a WeThePeople BMX, and the whole process was flawless. Absolute legends! My bike wheel was stolen which is why I went in initially. Everyone was super approachable and helpful. They talked me through all the steps, waited until I confirmed I was happy with the cost (which was incredibly reasonable, thank you!!), and had me back on my bike the next day. My partner blew out his bike tyre so we were back at Fufanu a week later and got the same exceptional service. So glad to have them as my local bike store!
My bike obsessed 14 year old son attended Fufanu today with his best friend to purchase new tyres. He called me right when he left in excitement and amazement to tell me how nice and helpful the staff were to him and his friend, something they have not experienced at the larger scale bike stores they frequent. Thank you so much! What a breath of fresh air. We will be recommending this store to everyone :)
