Robbie provided possibly the best customer service I've experienced in my many years of buying online. Good product knowledge and accomodating to my picky product selection. A true legend.
Robbie is an outstanding guy. Super knowledgeable, hospitable, passionate as hell and very friendly. I was in the store for a few hours today, working out exactly what I wanted and I didnt feel rushed at all. Could not recommend Robbie & Fufanau any higher for their customer service! I dealt with Robbie over the phone, he gave me some great advice to measure the child's foot as we couldn't get in store. He then recommended a few options and sent multiple photos to us to help us pick the right option for our niece! I have no doubt she will LOVE the skates Robbie helped us select. 5 stars all the way. Great customer service can be hard to find these days... Thanks Robbie, you're AWESOME!!
Robbie has looked after me since I met him many years ago, Fufanu always deliver a great atmosphere and service. You won’t find this level of hospitality anywhere else.
