The company is getting worse as it grows, now they are fishing for lower rates. They post a load on the board at a certain price, you call them on the load and they tell you can you do it for less, you tell them that you can do the posted rate and they tell you that it has to get approve. That is not right, they should post a rate and honor it. Hope they get better, but it is not looking good.
Great company to work with! Their customer service is excellent. Highly recommend.
