I was referred to this firm because they can practice in Colorado where I have an ongoing legal action and when I sent them the summons the simple response was “we can’t help you”. When I asked may I ask why” I was told they don’t handle civil cases! with a big exclamation mark at the end. very unprofessional and could’ve been a lot more helpful or given me the name of another firm to call so in my mind this place gets a one.

Hello, I am writing to commend Josè Fuentes regarding a court case in Bluffton. I had not shown up to my case in Beaufort, but I still won four of the lawsuits I had filed there. My colleagues, as well as the sheriff and the judge, plead my case and the sheriff has decided **not** to put out a warrant. Neither has the DMV put those four No Trespassings on my record. I have not received the bond money yet for the four lawsuits filed by myself and one by my employer, however I won the cases in at least four out of five lawsuit... read more
