Very unreliable and unprofessional brokers
i booked a load with Kulwinder ex 2406 , she confirmed the load with me over the phone. and after minutesI called her to make sure we were good on this load so I could roll my driver for pick up and she said we were good and she was working on the rate con, after waitingfor 30 minutes I neverreceivedany rate con so called her again to confirm but she never responded to my calls and I was trying againand again and then I got a call fromher teammate she saithis load was given to someone else, grow up girls, be a real and show ... read more
I would have given them 0 stars if there was an option. Ridiculous company to work with. Brokers have no customer service skills and they take their frustration out on carriers for no reason.
