5/14/15 Update: Avoid Fuel Free Recreation at all costs. Instead of canceling my order per my instructions they went ahead and charged my card. It appears they defrauded me out of $749. Their web site is down. They don't answer their phone. Their voice mail box is full. They do not respond to emails. They are clearly running and hiding from someone or something. Wonderfull down to earth people. We bought 2 Surly's, they are our favorite bikes. I would shop there again .
I purchased my Stromer ST1 here . I live in Cape Coral and I need to have my ebike serviced but my repeated calls go unanswered, their voice mail is always full and their website has been suspended!! All red flags? I left a message on their fb page which was marked as seen but I got no response!! Not very professional if you ask me. Buyer beware!!
Excellent experience. Went out to get my father a bike for his 61st birthday, just something to have for down here that would only be used a couple months out of the year. Being that was the case he was looking for something cheap from target or Walmart but they didn't have anything worthwhile (thankfully).
