Went in on 23rd to ask for a service and was told that they were fully booked but could do the following Saturday and to come in once they rung or at 2pm. The 30th arrived, no one rang so at 2pm I took my bike in. I was told that my bike had not been booked in for that day but the following day despite showing me the paperwork which said Saturday across the top. 10/10 absolutely buy from here, their customer service is incredible!
Pumped my tyres and did some minor tweaks to improve my old bike. Very helpful, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Even pumped up a football for me - no charge. Would highly recommend.
