They are so nice to you and promise you whatever you want until they get your money then customer service disappears Construction is hard enough without the snags and headaches of redoing things over and over because of a vendors incompetence. Ordered some tiles from Frank at Lodi location. Picked out dark grey tiles and specifically told frank I need grout the closest to the tile color because “I don’t want to see the grout line” frank said he’s done this many years and he was an “expert”. I went to Fuda in Elmwood Park because my contractor recommended the place (Apparently he gets a commission for recommendations) Nancy helped me with the selections. She was pleasant enough at first, but as time passed she became a bit annoyed for not taking her design reccomendations. I wanted plain white tilws, she showed me tiles white with color. Was upset when my daughter rejected on of the selections saying 20 years a a designer she does not need to hear that her selection was for the elderly. any way I did reluctantly... read more

the tile here is beautiful, but I was shocked and displeased with the customer service. I was walking around the store for almost a half hour before a sales associated offered assistance. When she finally did, she responded arrogantly when I wished to know the price of tiles, as they are not publicly marked. The sales associate told me she has been in the business of interior design for many years. This is fine, but she immediately discounted my backsplash tile plans.
