We’ve been at FTC for 3 years, and the OTs and PTs are incredible and billing office very organized and communicative. Our kid made huge progress. However, we’ve been through FIVE providers in that time because so often they leave. I am concerned FTC is doing something that harms retention. When my seven year old’s latest OT of only a couple months said she was leaving, my kid felt upset, said this keeps happening, and asked her if FTC was paying her enough. We have had an amazing experience at FTC! Incredible play space and activities; all of our therapists (Holly, Kelly, Dana, and Rachel) are so accessible and full of great ideas for managing any issues that come up. My kids look forward to their sessions all week!
My son has attended weekly PT sessions with Ms. Kelli from 8 months old to 12 months old to address a delay in gross motor development. He has made tremendous progress during this time. Importantly, Ms. Kelli has put thought and effort into understanding my son and has met him where he’s at during each interaction. She is supportive and fun, and he has been happy to see her every week. I would wholeheartedly recommend FTC Kids and Ms. Kelli to any caregivers with babies who need gross motor support!
Absolutely love Miss Luciana! She is amazing with my daughter and communicates with me every step of the way.
Luciana is above and beyond what I could have ever hoped for in an OT for my son. Not only does he love her and look forward to his sessions, but she has gone above and beyond in keeping me and my husband in the loop so we are equipped to all work together for his ultimate success.
