In summary: don't walk; run away from this firm. They not only tried to convince me that their improperly prepared returns were "correct" (they were not and I have the signed opinions from 2 CPA's from another firm listing 9 errors that would have had me pay a lot more in taxes), but they reported my account (for work that wasn't done right and I had to hire another firm to properly do) to collections that I am now disputing with the collection agency as this firm and RIck Salter refuse to even solve.
