Absolutely worst place ever, refund policy says if you receive wrong item it will be eligible for refund, bid on a full site mattress Murphy over $200 box had a $40 pillow in it! How is that not false advertising. Was told by employee at check out no refunds worst experience ever with Bidfta will never bid at that location and considering closing my account
I got a handheld upholstery cleaner. It was in a lab specimen box, not the original box, and taped closed. Whoever placed it in that box and taped it closed physically could not have missed the damage as the power cord is completely sliced into two pieces and the specimen box had no damage, so it had to be placed into the box in that manner.
