The auction item is ok, the employee was kind, but the Chantry building entrance and floors need a deep cleaning.
Finding my items is much easier. Staff very pleasant at checkout.

This BidFTA location used to be great. Now it's a ripoff. The last three items I bought were all rated "good" or better, but we're missing things or didn't work. There are better, more reputable, online auctions in Columbus.
Was fine. Item was no where near it's listed location, which made me ask for assistance, but found item and it was as described. Ive been a customer of bidfta for many years.
