I strongly recommend staying away from BidFTA. My experience with this company has been one problem after another, and the biggest issue is that you apparently cannot trust their listings to accurately describe what you're bidding on. One of the worst examples was an auction advertised as “748 Units (1 Pallet)” with an MSRP over $2,500. I won the auction, paid for it, drove more than an hour each way, burned about $120 in fuel, and even bought a pallet jack for the pickup. From a 4.5 to a 1. The Chantry employees are great! Bidfta as a company TERRIBLE. They have no customer service whatsoever and get mad and cancel your account when you do what you have to do to get your money's worth. I bid on velvet hangers, qon for $10.37 they gave me a bug zapper. I trusted their business to give me the product I bid on and was told screw you when they didn't deliver so I disputed the charge.
