Our first time. Bidding was easy. Location was a bit confusing to find one of our wins. Some bin signs weren't clear. No one to help. Didn't know there were no carts. Checkout girl was very kind and helpful with us not knowing how it worked. Next time probably won't be so bad if we pickup in same location.
Very easy to pick up item, however you will need to bring your own cart or wait for one if you are getting large or many items.
