Tourist trap alert!! $140 for 4 people off season is a lot, especially for something that looks awesome but isn’t. Shell Key is a “fake island”. It is a small peninsula that locals walk to (made it feel like a misleading rip off). And then when you get there, very few remarkable shells (none that were whole). Captain Gregg and Morgan were great! Such a relaxing ride to Shell Key Island Preserve. We saw a manatee, dolphins, a crab and lots of sea birds. Would highly recommend!!
