Amazing, we all loved it
We loved the ferry trip out to Shell Key on 8/20/25. The captain and crew were fantastic. We were unprepared so be sure to bring swimwear, chairs and umbrella or a pop up shade if it's a hot day. Bring a small cooler, backpack or light bag with drinks and snacks. To get nice shells you may need to wade into the surf. It was worth every dime and time. Great trip even for seniors if you're prepared.
Our family had a wonderful trip to Shell Key. Captain Greg and Braylin (spelling?) were great! The captain slowed the boat and made a few circles to let everyone see the amazing dolphins jumping out of the water! We found a lot of whole sand dollars and other large shells . Braylin can even make a shell necklace for you on the return ferry. Great day trip!
