Just closed my account a few days ago and couldn’t be happier. Forewarning for anyone thinking about opening an account with FSUCU. The customer service line is not 24 hours. I’ve had my account locked on a Friday at 6:00pm and was unable to access the funds on my account until the next business day (Monday) at 9:00 am. They can and will lose vital documents for your account. I had a car loan through FSUCU and had to change my payment schedule from weekly to monthly. Have always been able to count on this credit union. Multiple personal loans and car loans. they make it easy. website is easy to navigate. shout out to Kristi who has helped me twice this year!
Kristi was an excellent loan officer! Professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Getting a car loan was quick and easy, and she made sure to answer all my questions and follow up promptly. I really appreciated her support and efficiency!
Slaytasticalistic, they gave me free money
This is my 2nd time in 2 years purchasing vehicles using Kristi McKenzie and she has made the process EXTREMELY transparent and easy!! She was with me every step of the way making sure we got the loan processed and done just in time for the 4th of July vacation even with some short notice on my part (sorry!).
