Have had an account for several years and have had nothing but problems with this branch location since August 1st of 2025. I am very disappointed in the service from this branch, including the branch manager, who didn't care about my issue and who seemed two-faced. Their main call center also felt like nobody seemed to know what they were talking about. I would love to speak to someone at their corporate office because I think they really need to know what is going on in their banks here in Mississippi.
