Every time I visit the bank, everyone is always friendly. Willing to help me with anything. I leave satisfied knowing what I needed handle in a professional way, so I have no worries. I think all the employees for my help that I received.

I came to FSNB in Rockingham. Ms. Cherella is so AWESOME!!!! I was so stressed when I arrived at the bank, however Ms. Cherella was so nice and polite that my frustration just melted away! She was so knowledgeable that as I explained what was happening she had already started doing what I needed done before I even asked. I arrived frustrated, however I am leaving extremely happy and satisfied!
This is the best bank in the US. They have good customer service skills, they are very friendly always greet with a smile.
The employees at the branch are amazing. They always make sure my needs are attended to and my questions are answered. The customer service is outstanding. I'm always greeted by name and with a smile. Makes me want to do business with this organization. The branch is always neat and clean whenever I go and that's a plus. I would recommend this bank to anyone at anytime.
