The employees at the branch are amazing. They always make sure my needs are attended to and my questions are answered. The customer service is outstanding. I'm always greeted by name and with a smile. Makes me want to do business with this organization. The branch is always neat and clean whenever I go and that's a plus. I would recommend this bank to anyone at anytime.
I've been a customer for several years now, I've never had any bad experiences, the staff IS THE BOMB very professional, pleasant, and helpful I love banking with you guys and i highly recommend for your banking needs
I have been a customer for years and never had a problem until now. 3 times in the last 3 months they disabled my card and when I called I was told my card was found on the dark web. I have spent 150.00 in replacement cards and my transactions are just my normal ones.
