I filed a dispute for fraud with my bank on 02/25/2025 for fraudulent transactions that occurred with my card at a merchant named RAMP. I also sent in a police report from Atlanta Police Department confirming this fraud. I was lied to multiple times on a recorded line by Fort Sill National Bank that I would receive a provisional credit in my account by 03/25/2025. HORRIBLE!!!! They only allow you to spend $1500 a day!!! My rent alone is more than that. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Just know if you bank with these people I guess don't plan on being able to pay your bills!!! Absolutely horrible customer service. I'm closing my account. I'm a new customer and what a waste of my time.

I changed my review. I had a teenage teller shut my account down because I got an insurance check and instead of the normal 10-day hold he kept telling me that it would be 30 days. I kept showing him the documentation and then he refused to deposit the check at all. I learned the next day when I tried to use my card that he on his own volition had shut my account down
