Walk in I was taking care of and didn’t wait long
I filed a dispute for fraud with my bank on 02/25/2025 for fraudulent transactions that occurred with my card at a merchant named RAMP. I also sent in a police report from Atlanta Police Department confirming this fraud. I was lied to multiple times on a recorded line by Fort Sill National Bank that I would receive a provisional credit in my account by 03/25/2025. HORRIBLE!!!! They only allow you to spend $1500 a day!!! My rent alone is more than that. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Just know if you bank with these people I guess don't plan on being able to pay your bills!!! Absolutely horrible customer service. I'm closing my account. I'm a new customer and what a waste of my time.
