I recently closed my account from FSNB bank because the account was compromised, the lack of empathy & investigation. There was a charge that I NEVER MADE, I HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF, NOR I ALLOWED!! The bank couldn't even tell me what city & state the charge was made, they never contacted me & never informed me that the monies was being taken back out of the account. Been with them for over 10 years! Excellent bank!
They let another company get away with stealing my money and then charged me for another card that they cancelled. It that wasn't bad enough, I have been double charged for something and have to go through the same process. Ridiculous.
