Stay away from this bank, more like run like your life is depends on it. There are many bad reviews for FSNB, unfortunately I opened an account with them during the times when I thought life has no meaning anymore. I had deposited money and forgot that I had this account as I went through my darkest moments. Now, I found out I had balance due for monthly service charges that I asked if they could waive the fee since I've never added more money into the account. I was told with a "NO". Had to wait about 20 minutes for help get a new card.
I recently closed my account from FSNB bank because the account was compromised, the lack of empathy & investigation. There was a charge that I NEVER MADE, I HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF, NOR I ALLOWED!! The bank couldn't even tell me what city & state the charge was made, they never contacted me & never informed me that the monies was being taken back out of the account.
